Hearing Loss Association of America - Capital Region Chapter HLAA Capital Region Chapter, located in the Harrisburg, PA area, focuses on self-advocacy and improving the lives of those living with a hearing loss.

The Capital Region Chapter has been in existence for almost three decades. Before the National association re-branded in 2006, we were called Self Help for Hard of Hearing People (SHHH) - Harrisburg Area Chapter. Over the years, we have learned and grown together as a group focused on self-advocacy and improving the lives of those living with a hearing loss.
