Recognizing Excellence at PETE&C 2027

Know someone worthy of recognition for their excellence
in educational technology? Take a minute to nominate a colleague, student, or even consider self-nominating for consideration for this year’s PETE&C awards.

TECHNOLOGY STUDENT OF THE YEAR
Any student in grades 6-12 doing unique or outstanding work to promote or participate in educational technology endeavors. Teachers are encouraged to share the award information with their students and nominate their students.

TECHNOLOGY INNOVATOR OF THE YEAR
Any person doing unique or outstanding work to innovate in the educational technology field.

TECHNOLOGY ADMINISTRATOR OF THE YEAR
Any administrator who encourages or facilitates innovation and/or leadership in using technology in school entities.

Share Your Knowledge at PETE&C 27

PETE&C is preparing for a great conference in 2027!!! Do you have something to share that is innovative, collaborative or future focused? PETE&C presenters will have the unique opportunity and privilege to share their expertise with conference attendees. If you are interested in presenting, please complete the Request For Proposal Form. Please note that if you want to be considered to present, you must complete and submit the RFP Form by August 15, 2026. As the primary presenter, if chosen, you will receive a free full conference registration.

PETE&C is proud to deliver 200+ educational sessions via multiple media sources − keynotes, concurrent sessions, playgrounds, poster sessions, summits, networking events, and more − for all LEA employees across the state. This gives our participants not only the option of content, but the format they want to learn, connect, and discuss educational technology. Attendees will experience impactful professional development and increase their knowledge and awareness of new concepts and resources. Then interaction with our exhibitors and sponsors will tie together both the information and tools to take back to their schools, districts, and LEAs and make a difference.

The summit topics for 2027 PETE&C will be Game-Based Learning, Online Learning, Student-Centered Learning, Learning Lab and Cybersecurity. Read more about all the summits at the summit webpage.

In addition, there will be a Q&A webinar about the RFP to be held on Wednesday, August 5 from 7-7:30pm.
