Today, the men of Theta Omicron Sigma proudly welcomed the young men of The Nativity School of Harrisburg back to school for another year of learning, growth, and achievement.

The purpose of the morning was simple but powerful: to show these young men that their community believes in them, supports them, and wants to see them succeed.

Joining the brothers were leaders and community partners from throughout the Harrisburg region, including Harrisburg City Councilman Robert Lawson, Dauphin County Commissioner Justin Douglas, Harrisburg Superintendent of Schools Dr. Benjamin Henry, Harrisburg Boys & Girls Club Director Mark Hawthorne students from Penn State Harrisburg, members of the Harrisburg Fire Department, staff from Harrisburg Area Community College, , and many other community members.

Bro. Merrick Green, who serves as both President of the Nativity School Board and President of the Theta Omicron Sigma Chapter, welcomed those in attendance and thanked them for standing together in support of the students.

The Nativity School of Harrisburg is an all-boys school serving young men in grades 5–8, and Theta Omicron Sigma has made its commitment to the school more than ceremonial. Three members of the chapter currently serve on the Nativity School Board, strengthening the partnership through direct leadership and service.

As these young men walked into school today, they were surrounded by a community reminding them of one important message:
We see you. We support you. We believe in you. Now go make us proud.
