Harrisburg Alumnae Chapter The Harrisburg Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority was chartered on February 1958.

The chapter has flourished over the past 60 years as an organization of college-educated women pledged to serious endeavor and community service.

With excitment, NCBW Harrisburg will honor the achievements of Erica Rawls at our 8th Annual Tribute to Trailblazers Awards Gala on November 6, 2026! 🎉🏆

Erica Rawls is a powerhouse real estate and associate broker. She is on an unwavering mission to help ambitious women live the life they truly want and learn how to afford it, in real estate, in wealth, and in self-worth. With nearly two decades in the industry, Erica has personally closed over 1,000 homes.

Erica is the founder of the Financial Wholeness platform, which helps women work through the emotional, relational, generational, and financial sides of money so they can build real wealth without guilt.

Additionally, as the founder of Phoenix Foundation Community Care, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Erica helps provide the financial assistance that bridges domestic violence survivors from safe housing into permanent housing of their own.
