❤️ 15 DAYS OF GIVING, 15 DAYS OF HOPE 🇳🇵
Dashain and Tihar are here, and we all know how special these festivals are for Everyone, especially for kids. New clothes, good food, family gatherings, and all the excitement that comes with celebrating.
But the 15 kids we are caring for in Kalikot, Nepal, also have those same wishes. They also want to wear new clothes, enjoy good food, have fun with their friends, and feel the joy of Dashain and Tihar, just like our own children.
And this year, we want to do something special for them.
Through Ek Cup Foundation, we are starting a 15 Days Dashain & Tihar Fundraising Campaign to help make this festival season a little more special for these kids, while also continuing to support their food, education, shelter, and daily needs.
For the next 15 days, we will be sharing daily updates on how much we have raised, what the kids need, and how your donations are making a difference.
I know we all have our own families and responsibilities, but I truly believe if we all come together and give just a little, we can make a big difference.
Even $5, $10, or whatever you can give will mean a lot. No donation is too small.
And remember, we are not just trying to give them a good Dashain and Tihar, we are trying to give them a better tomorrow too.

❤️ १५ दिनको सहयोग, १५ दिनको आशा 🇳🇵
दशैँ र तिहार आइसकेको छ। हामी सबैलाई थाहै छ, यी चाडपर्वहरू हामी सबैका लागि कति विशेष हुन्छन्, अझ विशेष गरी बालबालिकाहरूका लागि। नयाँ लुगा लगाउने, मिठोमिठो खाने, परिवारसँग भेटघाट गर्ने अनि चाडपर्वको रमझममा रमाउने खुसी नै बेग्लै हुन्छ।
तर नेपालको कालिकोटमा हामीले हेरचाह गरिरहेका १५ जना नानीबाबुहरूका पनि यस्तै सानासाना रहरहरू छन्। उनीहरूलाई पनि नयाँ लुगा लगाउन मन लाग्छ, मिठोमिठो खान मन लाग्छ, साथीहरूसँग रमाइलो गर्न र हाम्रा आफ्नै छोराछोरीले जस्तै दशैँ र तिहारको खुसी मनाउन मन लाग्छ।
र यसपालि हामी उनीहरूका लागि केही विशेष गर्न चाहन्छौँ।
त्यसैले एक कप फाउन्डेसनमार्फत हामीले “१५ दिने दशैँ–तिहार विशेष सहयोग अभियान” सुरु गर्दैछौँ। हाम्रो उद्देश्य यी नानीबाबुहरूको चाडपर्वलाई अझ रमाइलो र खुसीमय बनाउनुका साथै उनीहरूको खाना, पढाइ, बसोबास र दैनिक आवश्यकताहरू पूरा गर्न सहयोग जुटाउनु पनि हो।
अबको १५ दिनसम्म हामीले कति सहयोग संकलन गर्यौँ, बालबालिकाहरूलाई के–कस्ता कुराको आवश्यकता छ र तपाईंहरूको सहयोगले के–कस्ता काम भइरहेका छन् भन्ने जानकारी हरेक दिन साझा गर्नेछौँ।
मलाई थाहा छ, हामी सबैका आ-आफ्नै परिवार छन्, जिम्मेवारीहरू छन् र खर्चहरू पनि छन्। तर हामी सबै मिलेर आ-आफ्नो ठाउँबाट थोरैथोरै सहयोग गर्न सक्यौँ भने पनि यी नानीबाबुहरूको जीवनमा ठूलो परिवर्तन ल्याउन सक्छौँ भन्ने मलाई विश्वास छ।
तपाईंले दिन सक्ने $५, $१० वा आफ्नो क्षमताअनुसारको जुनसुकै रकम पनि उनीहरूका लागि ठूलो सहयोग बन्न सक्छ। सहयोग सानो वा ठूलो हुँदैन, मनदेखि गरिएको हरेक सहयोगको आफ्नै महत्त्व हुन्छ।
अनि एउटा कुरा, हाम्रो उद्देश्य यी नानीबाबुहरूको दशैँ र तिहार मात्र राम्रो बनाउनु होइन, उनीहरूको आउने भोलि पनि आजभन्दा राम्रो बनाउनु हो।
त्यसैले सक्नुहुन्छ भने यस अभियानमा आफ्नो क्षमताअनुसार सहयोग गरिदिनुहोला। अहिले सहयोग गर्न सम्भव छैन भने पनि यो सन्देश आफ्ना साथीभाइ र आफन्तहरूसँग साझा गरिदिनुभयो भने हामीलाई ठूलो साथ मिल्नेछ।
आउनुहोस्, यसपालिको दशैँ र तिहारमा हामी सबै मिलेर यी नानीबाबुहरूको जीवनमा पनि थोरै खुसी थपिदिऔँ। ❤️🙏
