Poinsett County Ag Day will be held October 13, 2026 at Main Street Learning Park in Harrisburg. This event showcases local agricultural practices for youth in 2nd & 3rd grade through a series of agricultural exhibits. Each group of students will rotate through 12 stations during a 2 hour visit to Main Street Learning Park.

This event is made possible by our generous sponsors and exhibitors: Arkansas Soybean Promotion Board, Arkansas Farm Bureau, Arkansas Game & Fish, Arkansas State Parks, Eagle Seed, Flying F Arena, Greenway Equipment, Jeff Woods-Beekeeper, Northeast Rice Research and Extension Center, Poinsett County Farm Bureau, University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture.

A FREE community 4-H Family Fun Night is going on now at Main Street Learning Park! Come out and enjoy a few outdoor games and a hot dog! We’ll be here until 7 pm!!

Today’s C-130 Flyover has been delayed until 1:30- 2 pm but we are still starting the Celebration at 11am at Main Street Learning Park!! Come out and join us for free hotdogs, chips, outdoor games and an opportunity to celebrate America’s 250th year!

Thank you to Mr. Craig Allen for coming by Main Street Learning Park and helping install a flag pole donated by the Poinsett County Extension Homemakers Council. What a great addition to the park just in time for tomorrow’s Flyover Celebration!
