This post Is a Thank You to those who come back & tell us the stories or show us the pictures..how The Community Closet has made a difference for you. To the lady who found a dress for her 50th Anniversary & her husband told her she looked beautiful....to the ones who proudly showed us pictures of their sons outfitted in suits for a special occasion....to the grandma who showed us pictures of her granddaughter proudly wearing the dress she thought she looked "bee-u-ti-ful" in...and all the others. WE LOVE IT! Keep telling us the stories....showing the pictures. It lets us know we're indeed helping people which is what we aim to do.

THANKS so very much to Woodlandville United Methodist Church for all their donations. It was greatly appreciated. Thanks also to those who have dropped off items from the list. 💖

If you are a member of a church, organization, school etc and looking for a service project...please keep The Community Closet in mind. Although a lot of what we have is from donations, there are items we have to purchase. We'd be thankful for any donations of items from the list. 🙂

Thanks to everyone who helped celebrate the 5th anniversary of The Community Closet last week! We want to give an extra special thanks to Shauna at Woodsmore Designs for the awesome job she did on our new shirts & being so easy to work with. If you're needing shirts (& other things too) printed, check her out at Woodsmore Designs on Facebook.
The Community Closet will be open tomorrow, May 27th from 10 am to 2 pm. If possible please hold fall/winter clothing donations & holiday items until September. Our storage area is getting full. Thanks! 🙂

Toys- clean with no missing pieces or stains
Books- no older than 5 yrs please & in good shape.
Please no ripped or stained clothing..no business logos.
