Join us on Saturday, May 30, 2026, on beautiful City Island in Harrisburg for an unforgettable festival honoring hundreds of Girl Scouts—Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors—as they take the next exciting step in their Girl Scout journey.

The 66th Annual Pennsylvania Asphalt Pavement Association (PAPA) Conference will take place January 19–21, 2026 at The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This premier transportation event brings together industry leaders, engineers, owners, and policymakers to update all of what’s happening with asphalt paving in Pennsylvania and where we are going in the future. Held in the heart of “The Sweetest Place on Earth,” the conference promises a dynamic agenda focused on innovation, sustainability, safety, quality, and collaboration. Attendees can expect expert-led sessions on cutting-edge asphalt technologies, updates on PA Turnpike PennDOT specifications, and programs, and ta real exciting topic on PennDOT’s use of AI. Networking opportunities with top industry vendors and exhibitors will once again be showcased.

The event also awards industry achievements via the Asphalt Quality Pavement Awards and the thirteenth in a row Asphalt Pavement Alliance Perpetual Pavement Award to PennDOT. We welcome attendance of new and old members and partners to the PAPA community. Whether you're a seasoned professional or new to the field, the PAPA Annual Conference offers a valuable platform to stay informed, connect with peers, and help shape the future of Pennsylvania’s transportation infrastructure.

Take Your Skills to the Next Level.

Fresh off the press! The Women of Asphalt x Caterpillar Paving Operations Scholarship is back for 2025.

This exclusive opportunity will provide six (6) WofA members hands-on training at Caterpillar Paving School in Clayton, NC, the week of December 8, 2025.

Scholarship includes:
• Full course tuition to Caterpillar’s immersive week-long paving operations training.
• All travel, lodging, and food expenses.
• $6,000 + total value per participant.

Requirements:
• Must be a National WofA member.
• Must be in the asphalt industry or interested in a position in the industry.
• Submit your application by 11:59 PM ET, September 8, 2025.

Application Timeline:
• Application Opens: August 18, 2025
• Application Closes: 11:59 PM ET, September 8, 2025
