I wanted to share a resource with you all. www.ukerusystems.com Ukeru is the only crisis management program for individuals who are aggressive that does NOT use restraint or seclusion. I am blessed to be able to work for this division of Grafton Integrated Health Network and so proud of how we have been able to understand the trauma that many individuals with autism and other disabilities experience daily. Ukeru makes sure that we don't re-traumatize. Please share with schools, hospitals, treatment centers...even parents. It's truly extraordinary!
