Harmony Enterprises, Inc. has been a wonderful advocate for the Harmony Internship Program. They continue to hire youth every summer, teaching and training in different areas. This summer is Erik’s second year back with the HECO team, this year he’ll be floating through different departments, learning more areas of the business.

Every role contributes to the bigger picture. Today, Erik Tieskotter celebrates one year supporting operations in the clean up room, where deburring and acid washing prepare machines for final finishing. The precision and consistency required in this stage directly impact the quality of the finished product. Thank you for a strong first year, Erik!

Welcome back to another year with the internship program, Ashton! Wishing you another great summer learning, growing, and exploring in all the different departments Harmony Enterprises, Inc. has to offer.

Strong habits drive strong outcomes. Ashton Newman marks one year supporting the clean up room, where machines are deburred and acid washed to prepare them for paint. This step is essential to delivering a consistent, high quality finish across every unit produced.

Meet Lexi.

Lexi joined our team through the Internship Program (with thanks to Area Community Foundation for providing grants to this program) and we’re excited to have her learning alongside us at Farm Charm and Charming Farmer Boutique.

From the start, Lexi stood out with her confidence, professionalism, and fun personality. She’s quickly jumped into helping customers, learning products, and getting a behind-the-scenes look at small business life.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Lexi spending time with friends and family, going for walks, or whipping up something tasty in the kitchen.

Her favorite Farm Charm fragrances?
Smoked Vanilla and Cocoa Butter Cashmere.

And her favorite products are our car diffusers and jar candles.

We’re excited to watch Lexi grow through this experience and are proud to support programs that help local students build real-world skills right here in our community.

Liberty is joining us this summer through the Harmony, MN Internship Program and we’re excited to have her in the shop. Having grown up around small businesses her entire life, she’s already bringing a great perspective and enthusiasm to the team.

You’ll see her helping out around Bee Balm this summer as she learns even more about the day-to-day side of running a small business, retail, merchandising and more.

Yesterday, I had the privilege to attend the .central.k12 job fair. The students engaged with businesses, colleges, and military personnel, it was a wonderful afternoon.
Students asked questions, gained resources, and found potential summer jobs! For any student interested in working at or this summer, be sure to check their job postings across from the office in the high school. Put your resume and cover letter together and either email it to [email protected] or drop it off at Farm Charm (45 Main Ave N) by Fri, April 24.
