Today’s spotlight shines on Ms. Araceli Guzman from Austin Elementary IB World School - HCISD
Ms. Guzman is the kind of educator who sees beyond the classroom walls and into the future of her students. Through an Innovative Grant, she has created a meaningful pathway for our special needs students at Austin Elementary to begin learning the skills they will need as they grow into the workforce. Her vision is simple but powerful: start early, teach with purpose, and open doors for every child.
With her grant funding, Ms. Guzman will be purchasing essential materials that will help her students explore real-world job skills in a supportive, hands-on way, building confidence, independence, and opportunity for the future.
