The Harleysville Lions Club was founded in 1945 and has been an active member of the Harleysville and Lower Salford community ever since. In addtion to supporting the goals of Lions International and sight conservation, the Lions of Harleysville make a

significant contribution to our local community. Through a series of fundraisers throughout the year we are able to support a number of local, national and international charities.

The Harleysville Lions celebrated their 81st Anniversary of Charter Night, where two of our members were presented with Awards. Lion Roland Scholl received the Norman L. Bergey Award, and Lion George Dejesus received the Good Samaritan Award.
