Allyson & her twins, Alex & Olivia died tragically in a fire/explosion April 2019. What makes Allyson so special ? Amongst a lot of wonderful traits, Allyson RAN INTO THE FIRE to save her twins. She could have run out and saved herself but as the courageous & loving mother she was, that was not going to happen. Her last words were CALL MY MOM, TELL MY MOM I LOVE HER AND GET MY BABIES !!!! Although she fought for her life 2 days, she did not make it and joined her children in heaven as well as the three were buried together. I couldnât have been prouder of her. She exemplifies a TRUE , LOVING MOTHER.
Allyson was 42 and today is her 43rd Birthday in Heaven. The twins would have been four, 2 months after they died. Allyson had a hard time clothing her children buying most things off the Yard Sale Site. Like most mothers, Allyson worked so hard to get ânice clothes â for her children. She took a lot of pride in how they looked. So in her memory, I want to help other mothers who feel the same way get ânice clothesâ for their children FREE ! I THOUGHT AND PRAYED HARD ABOUT THIS DECISION AND SHE WOULD HAVE LOVED THIS !!!! The above photo is Allysonâs sister Amanda Blakley and son Luke, daughter Heather Logan and daughter Albany , myself Vicki Blakley, Allysonâs Mom holding my grandson Alex and and of course my beautiful daughter Allyson with daughter Olivia. It was and still is a beautiful family and I am so proud of them ALL ! Allyson will never be forgotten.
Allyson would be so proud of her daughter Heather Logan who has donated the bulk of clothes to start out with. Everything has been washed and/or steamed. Our goal is to get a variety of sizes and for each gender. I hope this grows so big we have to fid somewhere to house it all. This really is needed. I saw a post where a young mother needed clothes for her baby but couldnât afford to pay much. I am hoping people will forego some nice clothes, shoes, hairbows etc.to help people who canât. afford them so they can dress their children nice the way Allyson tried to.
