🌟 Member Spotlight🌟

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Amy, who has been part of the Concerned, Inc. family since 1999! 💙 That’s more than 25 years of being part of our community, and we’re so happy to celebrate all that Amy has accomplished along the way! 🎉

Today, Amy is part of our Supported Employment (SE) department, where she works at Kids in the Village. 💼✨ She works hard, contributes to her workplace, and continues to build valuable skills and independence through employment.

Amy is also part of our Hourly Program, giving her opportunities to get out into the community, enjoy activities, and make the most of her free time. 🌟

We are so proud of Amy and the growth, independence, and experiences she continues to build through her work and involvement in our programs. We’re lucky to have had Amy as part of Concerned, Inc. for so many years! 💙

Keep shining, Amy! 🌟

💙☀️ The Best Way to Start the Morning! ☀️💙

One of our favorite parts of the morning at Concerned, Inc. is seeing the smiles, hugs, high-fives, and enthusiastic greetings our members give when a staff member arrives! 🥰👋

These little moments may seem simple, but they mean so much. 💙 They show the friendships, connections, and relationships that make Concerned such a special place to be.

⛳️💙 THANK YOU for Making Our Golf Tournament Possible! 💙⛳️

A huge THANK YOU to all of the golfers, sponsors, and everyone who donated prizes, money, and their time to support Concerned, Inc.’s annual golf tournament! We truly appreciate each and every one of you who helped make this event possible. 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

Mother Nature definitely had other plans for us this year! 🌧️☔️ With all of the rain, we had to call the tournament early. While it wasn’t quite the day we had planned, we are so grateful that everyone was such a good sport about it! Your positive attitudes, smiles, and willingness to roll with the weather made a rainy day a whole lot brighter. 💙

Most importantly, your support helps us continue providing programs, activities, and opportunities that empower people to obtain their highest level of independence. 💙

Thank you for believing in what we do and for continuing to support the members of Concerned, Inc. We couldn’t do it without our amazing community! 🫶

🎸 The Man. The Myth. The Legend. 🎸

We’re excited to welcome Christian back to Concerned, Inc.! Christian has recently returned to our Adult Day Services (ADS) program, and we’re so happy to have him back! 💙

Christian is a true music lover and enjoys ALL kinds of music! 🎶

When he’s not enjoying his favorite tunes, you can find Christian challenging his peers to a game of Skip-Bo, 10,000, or poker. 🃏🎲 He also enjoys trips to the zoo, spending time outside, and getting out and about to enjoy new experiences. 🦁🌳

And just to be clear… Christian has a few things he is not a fan of: dancing, dancing with peers, or dance parties. 😂💃🚫

We’re thrilled to have the man, the myth, the legend back at Concerned! Welcome back, Christian! We’re looking forward to all the fun, laughter, games, music, and memories ahead! 💙
