Next Friday! First Friday! June!

Join us in the Pie in the Sky Cafe on Friday June 5 for a tongue enlivening treatment. The cafe will be offering flights of pies- nine flavors to choose from- served in miniature morsels. We’ll also be mixing obscenely delicious mocktails.

It’s the perfect way to begin your weekend, have a first date, or just tune your tongue to the good life.
The cafe opens at 2, and we will serve until 8.

UPDATE: Moving forward, we will be meeting on Tuesdays at 6:30pm! See you on the field!

The Civilians, a free and open Civic-sponsored adult pick-up softball team is ready to go! Meet us at Tolman Field in Greensboro this Thursday (5/28) at 6pm for an introductory meeting and game. All skill levels welcome! After that, we’ll meet on Monday evenings** for a fun and social weekly game. If you have extra bats, gloves, and balls, please bring them for yourself, or to donate!

This week!
The pie café is open whenever we are, Tuesday through Friday 2 to 6! This week‘s pie flavors are lemon cream and chocolate almond.

We’ll be at the special town meeting Tuesday at 6:30 with refreshing refreshments in the lobby.

Wednesday supper is lasagna, salad, treats, and some games of cribbage too!

Friday morning is the Holding Space, a free weekly gathering for caregivers of young children.

Friday night is the big spring fest street dance down at Atkins Field featuring Pointe Noir – the band starts at 7 but come early for a food truck supper!

Saturday morning we will be open during the parade! Stop by to get your local merch, coffee and treats.

Sunday, from 10 to noon, headquarters is open for a quiet and companionable writing space.

Friday night of Springfest, we’re hosting a big old dance party down at Atkins Field. Vermont’s premier Cajun band, Pointe Noir, will play at 7, but come early for dinner and treats from a variety of local food trucks (like and )! Bring your lawn chair, your cooler and your dancing shoes.

(In the event of nasty weather, we will hold the dance at the Hardwick Town House!)
