Hello, if there is anybody out there willing to help with the ground search today for Shann Nomee please come to the Lodge grass City Hall and sign in or out to the mobile command trailer, which will be set up across from the Black Eagle residence in the field across the train tracks 2 miles north of Lodge grass on old 87! Yesterday members of BHSAR delivered emergency heating supplies via snowmobiles to a snowbound county resident.

Big Horn County Sheriff dispatched BHSAR at 11pm last night to rescue an elderly couple lost near the state line. Three BHSAR members, Gabe Havener, JD Pickens & Dr. George Toyne, responded to the mission & thankfully the couple was found safe & escorted back to Interstate 90 by 2am this morning. Great work BHSAR team!

BHSAR was called out by the Big Horn County Sheriff's Office for a mission at Tongue Reservoir last weekend to provide a lake search for a missing person. Five members, included our drone operator & medical specialist, arrived on site and searched until dark at which point the mission was declared a recovery misson beginning the following morning. Utilizing our thermal drone (acquired with a grant from the Rocky Mtn Tribal Leaders Council), BHSAR was able to direct divers from the US Water Rescue Dive Team to a thermal anomaly under the water where the victim's body was recovered. Our thanks to our mission team (Chaz, Gabe, J.D., Warren & George), BH Sheriff, MT FWP, US WRDT & Tongue River Marina.
