We do this through the use of an electronic medical record system and our virtual care technology. We were the first home health care company in our region to adopt the use of remote monitoring (teleheath) as a standard of care. At THA Group, client care is our #1 priority. We contact clients within 24 hours of being referred to us (unless otherwise indicated). We utilize virtual care technology (at no cost to clients) to monitor vital signs daily in addition to regularly scheduled visits. Our disease management program assists clients with chronic disease. In 2012, THA Group’s Island Health Care was named to OSC HomeCare Elite™ for both Georgia and South Carolina. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services consistently place THA Group’s Island Health Care as one of the top 20% of Quality Home Health Care Providers in the nation.
