Our Back to School Movie Night (Tenants Only) was a success. The kids truly enjoyed the Toy Story 5 and of course the snacks 🍿🍫. Thank you for coming and I wish you the BEST school year! ❤️✨️🙏🏻

Tenants:

A reminder that you are allowed ONLY two vehicles on your rental agreement. Your vehicle needs to be in your space, if you don't have room because of junk inyour driveway then CLEAN IT. Also, I'm tired of repeating myself regarding GUEST PARKING. Your guests MUST use guest parking. I will be coming around handing out beautiful orange unauthorized parking stickers.

Better get moving!

Tenants:

I have noticed several tenants allowing transients to live with them; some in vehicles on the yards (Park Property). Just a reminder that's unacceptable and not authorized. We have rules and regulations in place for a reason, if you do not abide by the rules notices are distributed. Those tenants will receive notices beginning Monday along with clean up notices and removal of non running vehicles.

Tenants:

Please remind your guests and delivery drivers of our 5mph speed limit when driving through the park. It's summer time and we have quite a bit of kids playing around the park as well as pets. Be alert and please slow down!
