So far, only 25% of homeowners/residents have responded to the mailing concerning our covenant renewal. If you have not returned your ballot, information sheet & survey forms, please do so ASAP! Thanks!

Hi,

I am attempting to get the Central Park Neighborhood Association back up and running.

Our covenants expire on 9/28/2018. We can renew them for another 10 years if a majority of the homeowners vote to do so. I have mailed out a packet to each homeowner based on the Fulton County Tax Assessor data as well as to the actual street address in Central Park.

I have included the acceptance ballot for the homeowners as well as a couple of other forms to gather contact information, preferred meeting time & frequency, and any concerns you may have regarding the Neighborhood. There is a self-addressed evenvelope with postage as well.

Please return this information ASAP.

There is a Central Park Neighborhood Association group established on Nextdoor. If you live in Central Park and aren’t a member, please join. Look for us on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube as well.

6/3/2012 – For those that didn't get to see it in person! Last trip through Hapeville of Southern Railroad restored steam engine #630 on a special run for Norfolk Southern Employee Appreciation Day #2, from the former site of Atlanta’s Union Station to Forest Park, GA.
