Hanson Community Christmas

Each year the Hanson Community Christmas program helps local families by providing needed items like clothing and shoes, grocery store gift cards and holiday gifts. Hanson’s residents and businesses have always generously donated to this program ensuring that no family goes without during the holiday season. Monetary donations are the most valuable as they allow us to purchase the items requested by needy families. Other opportunities include adopting a family, purchasing individual items or donating time as volunteers. Families come into the program through referrals from various social service agencies or by calling themselves. Benefiting families are struggling to make ends meet due to difficult financial times, loss of employment, or illness. They want nothing more than to provide a special, memorable holiday for their family members. Your participation in this program can help us make that possible. All donations can be made payable to the Hanson Community Christmas Inc, P. Box 243, Hanson, MA 02341. If you would like to adopt a family, or would like to help in any way, please call Laura Kemmett at 781-640-3258 or email [email protected]. The organization is a 501c3. Hanson Community Christmas is run by a small group of unpaid volunteers and all donations go directly to families in need. We would like to thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide. Best wishes for a happy holiday season!
