Looking for volunteers for the after prom … Need about 16 total. Need one more to go on the bus from the Country Club to After prom and need rest to arrive at Swings and Things around 11:00 PM until 4:30 AM.

This is a parent responsibility activity and school employees are not present.

Looking for parents to donate gift cards for golf hole prizes. Cards can be sent to the HS office directed to Mrs Whiteleather. Please note that it is for the Class of 2026 golf outing.

Mrs Whiteleather is catering the band banquet for 260 people this Saturday, and is looking for student volunteers to work. The volunteers would need to report to the school at 4:30, this Saturday the 20th. The profits will go toward the freshman class account, not the after prom account, but still be beneficial for the freshman class.

Parents … We are in need for donations of cases of pop and bottled water for the play this weekend. The freshman class is responsible for the concession stand with all proceeds benefitting our after prom. Cases of pop and water can be dropped off this week at the high school.

We will me meeting on Tuesday, January 24th at 5:00 PM in the HS cafeteria to start planning the Class of 2026 golf outing. Please plan on attending because many parents will be needed to make this a successful fundraiser!

If you ordered a cookie tray from the Class of 2026, pick up is tomorrow from 4-5:30 in the HS cafeteria. If you haven’t paid yet, you can pay at pick up. Please make checks out to the United Class of 2026.
