🎃 The verdict after one of our Macaroni KID families took four kids costume shopping at Spirit Halloween?

Make the trip part of the Halloween fun.

Their crew included a 6-year-old obsessing over Fortnite accessories, a 9-year-old finding her witch costume, two teenagers piecing together totally different looks with their friends, and all six of them stopping approximately every 30 seconds to look at something else. 😂

They found plenty for every age, from tiny toddler costumes all the way up through adult looks. And between the costumes, accessories, décor and animatronics, there was plenty to explore even after everyone had decided what they wanted to be.

If you want to turn costume shopping into an actual spooky-season outing instead of just another errand, this is a fun one. 👻

The York County History Center’s 52nd Annual Fall Oyster Festival is happening this Sunday, October 18, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Colonial Complex! 🦪🍂

This fall tradition is one our family loves! From live music and tasty eats to a marketplace full of local makers and fun activities for the kids, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. And one of my favorite things about this event? Admission is FREE with food and drinks available for purchase as you go, making it an affordable way for everyone to enjoy a little local fall fun.
