Hello everyone, meet Owen Pierre. He is Clauder and Rose's son. Thanks to your prayers, the baby and Rose are doing well by the grace of God. So far, there are no complications of any kind with Rose or the baby. Also, today is Clauder's and Rose's two-year anniversary. Please, would you help wish them well!!

Hello everyone,
I would like to introduce Clauder’s and Rose’s baby boy to you. His name is Owen; he was born on Sunday May 31st (“Haitian Mother’s Day”) at 6:15 a.m. Clauder and Rose want to thank God for His gift and His protection over Rose while she was giving birth to their son. Due to restricted access to medical supplies, we were very nervous for Rose. But God’s hands were with her step by step through the process. The baby and her are doing well by the grace of God
They also want to thank every one of you for your prayers and your support. Of course, they know their journey has just started and they are well aware of that. But according to Matthew 7:7, “Ask, and it shall be given you,” we truly believe God will provide all their needs.
Once again, thank you so much for your prayers and your concern. I will keep you posted on any new developments.

God is faithful to fulfill all His promises,
I wanted to inform you that Rose had her baby boy this morning at 6:15. I would like you to help celebrate this moment with Clauder and Rose.

This baby is the firstborn in the Source of Life family. It is time to celebrate God's promises. Thanks so much for your prayers, there were no complications. It was a normal process for Rose and the baby. They will stay at the hospital for observation and hopefully will be released in the next couple of days.

I will keep you posted once pictures and more information become available. Meanwhile, let's celebrate this moment with Clauder and Rose.
Deuteronomy 31:6
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
This word is for Clauder and Rose.

By the way, today is Mother's Day in Haiti, therefore, he is a Mother's Day boy.🙏🙏🙏.

I pray you and your family is doing well by the grace of God. I just wanted to keep you posted on the latest news regarding Clauder’s wife. This evening I received a phone call from him informing me that his wife is feeling some discomfort. Since they know her due date is here, he is taking her to the hospital where he was instructed to go.

At this moment, your prayers are more necessary than anything else, because Haiti is not a typical place; there is no such thing as health care there. Since no one has insurance to cover any part of hospitalization costs. You must be able to afford to pay for all hospital expenses. In other words, if you don’t have the cash in hand no doctor will care for you. This includes being able to purchase all necessary medication and supplies needed while in the hospital.

Here in the US, we know the hospital will send the remaining bills later after the insurance has paid its portion. Well, in Haiti it’s a different story, the bills must be paid first before any care is given. Friends, Clauder’s wife could stay to have the baby here in the US. But Clauder has such a big heart for the work of Source of Life Ministries in Haiti that he wouldn’t stay for another day. We give thanks and glory to God for Clauder’s willingness.

They left US barely with any money. I’m sure they would appreciate any help. Also, a few of you asked if there would be any baby shower for Rose. Unfortunately, since they are no longer leaving here in the US, it wouldn’t be impossible to receive gifts for them. But if anyone would like to donate any money as gift to them you can do so by sending your donation to Source of Life Ministries. Please indicate it’s designated for “Rose hospital bills”
Once again, thank you for your prayers and support. I will keep you posted on the latest update.

Dear family and friends,
It is with great satisfaction that I inform you the children, Clauder and his wife are doing well by the grace of God. I want to thank every one of you for continuing to pray for and support the children of Source of Life, Clauder and his wife.

I'm extremely encouraged by the excitement and encouragement Clauder’s presence brings to the children. The children indicated they once again feel the joy, happiness and hope we used to bring them when we traveled to Haiti to visit. I really want to thank God for Clauder and Rose for their willingness to take this big step of faith: leaving everything behind here in the US and returning to Haiti to continue the work of advancing His Kingdom.

As you know Haiti is the land of the impossible, but with Christ everything is possible and I truly believe that. Please continue to pray for Rose as her due date approaches. Fortunately, she has a caring Obstetrician in Haiti but due to limited supplies make it nearly impossible for pregnant women and children to have a normal life. As you know there is a shortage of everything there including medication. Let's pray that when the time comes for Rose, the doctor will have the wisdom to treat her accordingly.

The children are almost out of school, and Clauder and Rose will have many activities to do with them during the time off. I will share with you as soon as pictures become available. Once again, thank you for your kindness and your willingness to continue helping us changing lives in Haiti. Please pray for Rose as she gets closer to her due date.

Friends and family,
It's almost six months since Clauder and his wife went to Haiti to lead the home as our new Administrator. It has been a tremendous blessing for the ministry and the children. Since Clauder and his wife arrived, they have brought life, contentment, hope, and a fresh start to the home.
For instance, May 18th is Haiti's flag day. I want to share with you one of the many activities they are creating to help the children understand the importance of being proud of their home country.
Please continue praying for Clauder/Rose and the children. And thank you for continuing to support our work in Haiti. Your support is extremely important to us because Haiti is continuing to move backward.

Sunday February 15th, 2026 was Mission Sunday at Freedom Church in South Carolina where they partner with Haitian Christian Projects and Source of Life Ministries. Annually, Pastor Jeff Riedel raises a significant amount of funds to assist our precious children in Haiti through partnership with the wonderful compassionate souls at Freedom. We thank Freedom Church for blessing those who are so desperately in need.
