Dartmouth Class of 2011 Alumni This page is managed by class secretary Hillary S. Cheng ’11. There will be quarterly newsletters and our class dues are $35.

The dues help pay for our newsletters, mini-reunions, and everything fun we want to do on our journey to our 50th year reunion.

from Isaiah Berg, Class of 2011 Alumni Councilor:

Dear Class of 2011,

The Alumni Council will be meeting (remotely) for its 232nd session May 7–8, 2026, and you are invited to contribute!

Elite universities have dominated the news cycle recently, as the Trump administration has frozen or threatened to withhold billions in federal funds from institutions such as Harvard, Columbia, Princeton, Cornell and Northwestern.

Dartmouth and Yale, unlike all other Ivies, have been spared from the revocation of billions in federal grants.

President Beilock has pushed Dartmouth strongly in the direction of “institutional restraint” or neutrality since her inauguration in September 2023.

For example, the D reported recently that she is the only Ivy League president not to sign an open letter from the American Academy of Arts & Sciences that criticized the Trump administration’s regulatory actions.

Lots of other things are happening on campus – like new dorm construction, and our Reunions weekend this summer.

As your humble representative, I want to invite you to share any questions or comments with me so I can bring them before College leadership during our meetings.

Feel free to reach out to me at [email protected] anytime – and maybe see a bunch of you at Reunions?

Best,
Isaiah Berg ’11
