FOUR WEEKS REMAIN TO PRE-REGISTER
SIX WEEKS UNTIL THE SHOW
If you need a flyer for details which includes an entry form merely respond to this message either via email, Facebook, or phone (573 822 2927). The deadline to pre-register is April 29th, .
If you have already registered, THANK YOU!! If not, you have about 4 weeks left to pre-register. If you do not pre-register you PROBABLY can register on show day but no guarantee. We have never had to turn anyone away however we only have space for 350 vehicles. There are a lot of advantages for pre-registering, see details below.
If you pre-register, you are guaranteed entry into the show as long as you are at the “gate” by 11:00 AM. Remember we only have parking space for 350 cars. After 11:00 AM if we still have room, it will be first come first serve.
As a reminder the following is a list of the advantages of pre-registering:
Advantages if pre-register AND attend the Friday evening event (May 10):
FREE meal for two on Friday evening (If you have other guests riding with you $5 per guest for the meal, children under 10 are free)
T-shirt the size you specify.
Saves $5 (pre-register $25, day of show register $30)
No wait at the gate, just show the pass as you drive through (Fast Pass is issued as you go through the food line Friday evening)
No wait at the tent to fill out paperwork (your window card is already filled out and attached to your goody bag)
No wait to pick up goody bag and t-shirt (just present the Fast Pass ticket)
If pre-registered and cannot attend the day of the show your t-shirt can be picked up by a friend or Loafers will mail or deliver it to you.
Guaranteed entry into the show if you arrive by 11:00 A.M. (may not be a problem if you arrive prior to noon especially if it is raining, gate closes at noon regardless of the number of vehicles attending)
If enough interest, we may have a group cruise downtown after the meal.
Advantages if pre-register if NOT attending the Friday evening event:
T-shirt the size you specify
Saves $5 (pre-register $25, day of show register $30)
Short wait at the gate (for checking pre-registered list)
No wait at the tent to fill out paperwork (your window card is already filled out and attached to your goody bag)
Short wait to pick up goody bag and t-shirt
If pre-registered and cannot attend the day of the show your t-shirt can be picked up by a friend or Loafers will mail or deliver it to you.

Disadvantages if not pre-registered:
$5 additional cost ($30 entry fee other than $25)
No guarantee that you can enter the show if all parking places are filled regardless of time arriving (probably not an issue if arrive early or bad weather )
Requires stopping at the gate and paying the entry fee
Requires stopping at the “small tent” and filling out the registration form
Requires obtaining and filling out a window card
Requires more time at the main tent to pick up a t-shirt. (No guarantee of requested shirt size)
