VFW Post 2446, VFW Auxiliary and Hannibal Friends Club made a 500 pound food donation to Douglas Community Services! Along with this donation, VFW Post 2446 will apply for a $500 matching grant for Douglas Community Services through VFW National.

Douglas Community Services has supported the community since 1963. Providing food security with a food pantry (USDA Commodities), monthly food boxes, senior boxes and Veteran boxes. Thank you to Auxiliary member David Stout and Friends Club member Colleen Stout for delivering the food supplies.

We will begin this program again in the hopes of supporting 3 additional food pantries in our area.
