A few things happening with the Hannibal BWM right now. On the 12th 6:30 pm at Fiddlesticks we have a guest speaker doing a presentation on identity protection and security. It is open to the public and FREE! On the 21st is our Merchants Bash. We have more than 20 vendors with unique and beautiful products gathered in one place! Come shop, eat and have fun! No admission charge. There will be give aways and the first 25 shoppers will get a free swag bag! More details will be posted next week! Have a great Easter!

The Business Expo was fun. We gave away a one year free membership and the winner was Brandy C***s. We are excited to have her as a member. Congrats Brandy! Our Merchants Bash will be held on April 21st from 10 am - 3 pm at the Hannibal Nutrition Center. If you like to shop for products that you can't find in stores...you NEED to be there! The first 25 shoppers will recieve a free swag bag full of goodies!!!

Our group is still accepting vendor registrations for our Merchants Bash in April. Registration fees are really inexpensive and all the proceeds vendors make in sales at the event are theirs to keep. I know we do not yet have a Lia Sophia or Avon Rep registered. We are accepting private vendors that make/create/design their own products. We were deeply saddened when we heard of the passing of Sara Roth. She was an extrordinary women and the world is a little less brighter without her in it. Please keep her family in your thoughts as they go through this very difficult time.

Congratulations to Sara Roth for being a 2011 Hannibal Business Women of Missouri Citizenship Award winner! Sara was nominated and chosen because going above and beyond, not only for friends and family but also for her community. Sara is responsible for starting Pinkie Pals. Pinkie Pals is a local breast cancer support group. The group also raises money to help with medical bills for families dealing with cancer. Sara is an amzing woman who is deserving of this award and so much more!

The club is busy preparing for the Folklife Festival! Our bread pudding booth is always busy. Don't forget to stop by and see us. If interested in becoming a member come down and talk to us. We are always happy to answer any questions you might have.

The club is busy as little bees preparing for upcoming events! Don't forget to stop by our booth at Folklife Festival and buy some of our AWESOME bread pudding! We are also planning a new fundraiser this spring that is going to be nothing short of SPECTACULAR! The club is gearing up for what we hope to be a successful membership drive. Anyone who truly care about womens issues/rights should also check out our discussion group and take part in the topic of the week. Will post more later!
