Chip loves people SO much and is so gentle despite his size. He soaked up every second of love this morning at the jail ❤️ we did learn that Chips height does allow him to counter surf, so goodies shouldn't be left at the edge of counters or tables 🤣 in addition to loving everyone, he is enjoys other dogs and seems housebroken. Don't sleep on this boy-- he's quite the catch!

Everyone meet Crab Rangoon! This handsome boy has been here over a year and has yet to find a home. He needs someone who will give him a chance! He is a bit skittish at first but warms up after a bit. Crab gets along well with other kitties and enjoys cuddling with them. Please give him a chance and apply for him at samsrescue.org!

Valek! Valek is a beautiful 1 and half year old girl. She has been at the shelter for over a year! She can be shy and that might be why she is overlooked. Val hasn’t been in a home so she can be unsure. She is very curious when volunteers visit the room. Sometimes all it takes is a change of scenery to open up. Gunner may still be hanging by the pool but he's just as excited as you that the 'ber months are here! Gunner is such a sweet boy who is still waiting for his next chapter to begin. Dog friendly (with some slow intros), nonreactive to cats, and housebroken, what could you possibly be waiting for?!
