In 2025, 211 made nearly 700,000 referrals for healthcare assistance.

These referrals helped people connect to medical care, prescription support, insurance resources, transportation, and other essential health services.

For many people, knowing where to start can be one of the biggest barriers to getting help. 211 helps connect people to resources available in their communities.
