Hancock Lioness Lions Club

Hancock Lioness Lions Club We are the Hancock Lioness Lions Club, part of the world's largest service club organization. The Hancock Lioness club served the Hancock, MD area for 35 years.

On June 22, 2015 the club was charted and became the Hancock Lioness Lions Club. There were 25 charter members. We meet on the second and fourth Monday of each month, 6:00 pm at the American Legion on Main St. in Hancock where we enjoy fellowship and plan activities to help support our local community. Funds raised are also donated to Lions Club International. Lions Clubs are established in over 2

00 countries making it the largest international service club. Some of our local activities and events include:
Funnel Cake sales
Spaghetti dinners
Micah's backpack
Scholarships for high school seniors
Vision Screenings
Eyeglass Assistance

On Valentine’s Day, the world stops to celebrate love. For us, love isn’t just a sentiment found in a card; it is the very engine of our service.

Love for humanity drives us to restore sight, feed the hungry, and protect our environment.

Every time we put on our yellow vests, we are showing the world what "Love in Action" truly looks like. Thanks for the heart you pour into your communities.
