I want you all to know that God has a sense of humor. Today I am sitting here thinking when we were building Albert's in the throes of a pandemic did it ever cross my mind that that the year 2028 would be booked for graduation parties. My heart is so full of joy that I have people loving Albert's as much as we do especially when I have 8th graders requesting the space for their graduation in 4 years!!

What's your best POWER pose? This was the question I asked the No Fear Kids Group today. Research says that if you hold your power pose for 2 minutes every day it can spark confidence and help with stress, helping immunity and lowering cortisol levels.
