A new school year is here, and we’re ready to get our Aberdeen PTA up and running! 🎉 We’re looking for two people who are willing to step up and help lead our PTA this year:
⭐ PTA President
💰 PTA Treasurer

We already have a Secretary, so we just need these two positions filled to get our board in place and start planning activities, events, fundraisers, and ways to support our students and staff!

You don’t need to have PTA experience, just a willingness to get involved, work together, and help make a difference at Aberdeen.

Wednesday is the last day and then that's a wrap on another school year!

Thank you to our members, students, families, teachers, staff, and volunteers for all of your support throughout the year. We are grateful for the opportunity to help create fun experiences and lasting memories for our school community.

✨ Calling all 5th Grade Families! ✨
Aberdeen Elementary School is so excited to celebrate our 5th graders with the upcoming Golden Hour Dance, our very own 5th Grade “Prom”!

This special event is a wonderful opportunity for students to celebrate the end of their elementary school journey with a fun-filled evening of music, dancing, pizza, and unforgettable memories with their classmates.

👗👔We encourage all students to dress to impress in their best formal attire to match our Golden Hour theme and make this milestone even more memorable!

Our Aberdeen Lions are getting ready for an exciting Field Day, and we need your help! ☀️🦁💙
We’re collecting donations to keep our students hydrated, fueled, and ready for a ROARING good time!

Requested donations include:
💧 Cases of bottled water
🍎 Pre-packaged/easy-to-grab fruit
🧀 Individually wrapped cheese sticks

Donations can be dropped off at the front office. Thank you for helping make Field Day extra special for our Lions! 🐾✨

Field Day is coming up on June 5th, and we are excited for a fun day of activities for our students! Parents interested in volunteering must complete the Hampton City Schools volunteer approval process prior to the event.

We are also accepting donations of water cases and fruit to help keep our lions hydrated. Additionally, if anyone has access to fun activities or equipment they would be willing to let the school borrow (such as a dunk tank, inflatable games, etc.), please feel free to reach out.

We are so excited to celebrate our amazing teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week! 💙🍎
We would also love to stock the teachers’ lounge with snacks and drinks to help show our appreciation throughout the week. If you would like to donate, please feel free to drop off items at the main office to me, Ms. Addie.
Additionally, if you would like to donate small items for a teacher raffle, that would be amazing as well! You can drop those off at the main office to Ms. Addie too.
