Magnolia Neighborhood Association 10 Block Area just outside of Downtown Hampton with borders of Thornette Ave & Settlers Landing along with Armistead Ave. & Back River Rd.

A group of concerned Homeowners, Renters, Business Owners and Church Members who want to make our nieghborhood safer & cleaner with activities for residents from kids to seniors. Area includes Darling Stadium, Hampton Main Library, Charles Taylor Arts Center, Magnolia House B & B, Old Hampton Seafood Kitchen, Big Walt's Barber Shop, Memorial Baptist Church, Central Methodist Church and First Presbyterian Church.
