)Thanks to our Vacation Bible School adults Hampton Baptist Church, a Skelton kitchen crew ( yeah, volunteers feel like they can take vaca ruins!) we were able to serve up delicious casseroles along with a fresh green salad ( we are missing you Rhonda) and peas. All the Monday Magic would not happen without all the volunteers behind the scenes and at HBC VBS, the adults participate while the kids have their programming.

Today was WELCOME BACK Monday! Welcome back to our volunteers that take the summer off... and welcome back to some of our neighbors who we haven't seen in a while. YUM - BLTs, Mac & Cheese and fresh salad... such a good way to start off the 26-27 season while the summer has yet to release its grip.

Each August, after the kids have headed back to school and before labor day and our regular lunch program begins, we have one week that we still need volunteers to fill for our Summer Bag Lunch Program. Each August, it is First Baptist Church of Hampton that answers the call! Thank you for bringing your kitchen skills and your warm and welcoming hearts to serve our neighbors this past Monday. Thanks, Connie and crew for being such loving neighbors! I only got the one picture, but there were MANY, MANY more who helped serve over 120 lunches on monday.
