Roll the credits. Our 2026 seminar has officially come to a close! 🥹

168 ambassadors from across Virginia joined us at James Madison University for an OUTSTANDING weekend. From fun cheers to discussions to engaging keynotes to a community service project to so much more — this new HOBY VA alumni class has left with the knowledge and passion needed to make a positive impact on the world around them and the ability to unlock a world of opportunities and connections beyond our seminar.

This seminar would not have been possible without help from our volunteers, corporate sponsors, and cooperating organizations. A special thank you to General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) Virginia, McGuireWoods, and Dominion Energy.

Our ambassadors were the 𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 characters making a 𝙗𝙞𝙜 difference today. 😤

This year’s community service project was five different projects for Still Meadows Enrichment Center & Camp. We successfully painted pots for a structure, made fake paper wasp nests, tested art supplies, restocked first aid kits, and stuffed and labeled over 1700 newsletters to be mailed. 🫶
