Roll the credits. Our 2026 seminar has officially come to a close! ๐Ÿฅน

168 ambassadors from across Virginia joined us at James Madison University for an OUTSTANDING weekend. From fun cheers to discussions to engaging keynotes to a community service project to so much more โ€” this new HOBY VA alumni class has left with the knowledge and passion needed to make a positive impact on the world around them and the ability to unlock a world of opportunities and connections beyond our seminar.

This seminar would not have been possible without help from our volunteers, corporate sponsors, and cooperating organizations. A special thank you to General Federation of Womenโ€™s Clubs (GFWC) Virginia, McGuireWoods, and Dominion Energy.

Our ambassadors were the ๐™ข๐™–๐™ž๐™ฃ characters making a ๐™—๐™ž๐™œ difference today. ๐Ÿ˜ค

This yearโ€™s community service project was five different projects for Still Meadows Enrichment Center & Camp. We successfully painted pots for a structure, made fake paper wasp nests, tested art supplies, restocked first aid kits, and stuffed and labeled over 1700 newsletters to be mailed. ๐Ÿซถ
