Wrapping up the week with gratitude. We had the opportunity to participate in two meaningful community events in Hampton and Newport News. First, the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board hosted its 4th Annual Mental Health Expo, bringing together organizations, resources, and community members to promote mental health awareness and support. We also participated in the 2nd Annual Medical and Mental Health Wellness Fair, hosted by the Hampton Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Both events created valuable space for connection, education, and community care. We are thankful for every opportunity to support wellness, prevention, and healthy futures across the Peninsula.
