Today, we honor the builders, the guides, the anchors, and the visionaries who shape the path for our next generation.

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible men within the TAONI Family and throughout our communities making a positive, lasting impact in the lives of our kids. 🌟

At The AON Initiative, we know that fatherhood is about more than biology—it’s about presence, patience, and the powerful gift of mentorship. We specifically want to celebrate our TAONI Fathers, Coaches and Mentors. You are pouring your wisdom, time, and heart into these young people, showing them what leadership, integrity, and strength look like every single day! You are providing the compass they need to navigate the world.

We also extend this gratitude to every father, stepdad, grandfather, uncle, coach, and father figure across our communities. To everyone man and woman stepping up to lead with love and teaching our children how to dream bigger: your impact is immeasurable. You are planting seeds for a future you may never see, but that our children will inherit.

Thank you to everyone who donated clothing, coats, shoes, hygiene items, and school supplies for the Phoenix Pass Family PopUp & Workshop Day. Your generosity has helped us build the foundation for a dignified, store-style experience where everything will be FREE of charge and families can take what they need.

Special thanks to , .inc, Soaring Minds LLC, and Lucky’s Transport Services for organizing drop-off locations and coordinating pickups. Your partnership made this collection phase possible.

Now we move into sorting and preparation. Our Hands of Hope volunteers will begin organizing, washing, folding, and staging items so the PopUp Shop is ready for:

Saturday, March 28 | 12PM – 2PM

We are calling on all Hands of Hope patrons and supporters to help us finish strong.

We need volunteers to:
• Sort and prep donations
• Help stage the PopUp Shop
• Serve as store attendants on event day
