North Carroll Soccer Club North Carroll Soccer Club (NCSC) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven soccer club located in Hampstead, Maryland (Northeast Carroll County).

North Carroll Travel Soccer Club (NCSC) provides a competitive environment that develops high-level players, builds character, and ignites a love of the game for all our players. NCSC serves players in all areas of Carroll County as well as communities in Northern Baltimore County, MD and Southern PA. We are a proud member of Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA) and US Soccer. NCSC offe

If your player was born between 8/1/2017 and 7/31/2018 and is ready for a higher level of training, competition, and development, we’d love to see them on the field.

Outlaws finished Columbia Invitational as Semi-Finalist dropping their last game to Davidsonville 2014s. The boys played 4 incredible soccer games over the weekend which will set them up to finish out EDP Spring League play strong..
