Our Story
Poseidon Elite Athletics is a non profit youth athletic training organization. We specialize in positional skills, speed, strength and conditioning.
We at Poseidon Elite Athletics believe just showing up for game day is only part of the story. Preparation, motivation, passion, and discipline are all facets necessary to mold a successful athlete.
When it's all left on the field, can you say you did your best?
Our coaches and performance trainers utilize scientifically proven dynamic warm-up methods, running mechanics, and programming that promote athletic progression at every level giving your athlete an added confidence in their abilities when it's time to compete. Through our training sessions, we do not only set out to have our athletes to be in top physical form, but to also develop leadership skills, character development, and overall personal evolution.
