🚨 Coaches Needed for 6U Division! 🚨

We are still looking for head coaches for both of our 6U divisions. At this time, the season cannot begin until these positions are filled.

Coaching is a rewarding way to support our young athletes, help them learn the game, and build confidence while having fun.

If you or someone you know is interested in stepping up to coach, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can get the season started for these kids.

Unfortunately, fields are too wet for our scheduled makeup evaluations tomorrow morning. We will provide further guidance on makeups.

Evaluations for 8u are still on as planned for Sunday 3/1:
Last name A-F start at 1:30pm
Last name G-L start at 2:00pm
Last name M-R start at 2:30pm
Last name S-Z start at 3:00pm

Checkin for evaluations will be at/near the large picnic shelter beside the concession stand and Guine field.

Due to the rain this evening, we are going to postpone evaluations for 8u. New evaluation date/time for 8u will be on Sunday 3/1 afternoon:

Last name A-F start at 1:30pm
Last name G-L start at 2:00pm
Last name M-R start at 2:30pm
Last name S-Z start at 3:00pm

If you are unable to attend during this, please try and attend the previously identified makeup time on Saturday morning. If you are unable to attend either evaluation option, your player will be assigned to a team at random but still able to participate.

TBC Families:

Sharing details on evaluations and team formation.

Evaluation schedule as follows:
Tuesday 2/24 - 10u
Wednesday 2/25 - 12u
Thursday 2/26 -8u
Saturday 2/28 - Makeups for all ages (10:00am - 8U; 10:45 - 10U; 11:30 - 12U)

We will start each night at 6:00pm and stagger players based on last name:
Last name A-F start at 6:00pm
Last name G-L start at 6:30pm
Last name M-R start at 7:00pm
Last name S-Z start at 7:30pm
Evaluations will take place at Kiwanis Park, Guine field, with check-ins at the large picnic shelter by the concession stand.

A few other notes:
- If your player is unable to make evaluations, they will still be able to play but will be placed on a team at random once all evaluated players are drafted
- If your player would like the opportunity to play up a level (i.e. 8u age playing up at 10u) they will need to attend the evaluations for both age divisions. In order to play up, the player must score above 50th percentile at the higher age division.
- There are no evaluations for 6u age divisions, players will be placed on teams and the league will do our best to honor teammate/coach requests for these players.

We will get team rosters completed and communicated the week of 3/2 and start practices the week of 3/9.
