Topsail Township Friends of the Library Topsail Township Friends of the Library is a non-profit tax-exempt corporation staffed by volunteers

Purpose
- To encourage understanding and appreciation of the work of the Hampstead Branch of the Pender County Library.

- To build up a greater realization of the importance of the library to the future development of the community.

- To attract bequests and gifts of books, manuscripts, money, or other appropriate materials beyond the resources of the library’s budget.

- To serve as a medium through which friends of the library may become acquainted and share their enthusiasm for books.
