We're Here for Our Neighbors!

With the increasing financial pressures many families are facing, we want to remind our community that the Hampden Neighborhood Food Cupboard is here to help!

🍎 We offer essential, nutritious food to our neighbors in the Hampden area. No one should face hunger alone.

Wednesdays 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Morning Session)
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM (Evening Session)

Fridays 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Here are the hours for Thanksgiving week:

Wed, Nov 23, 10am - 12:30pm

There will be NO evening hours on Wednesday, Nov 23.

There will be NO Fresh Food Friday on Friday, Nov 25.

Scouting for Food has begun!

The Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts began tagging houses last weekend. They will be back on Saturday, Nov. 12, to collect donations. Thank you for your support!

Tuna, Baked Beans and small jars of Peanut Butter (16-18 oz).

Tomorrow is our annual Feed Maine telethon. All of the money will go to the Good Shepherd Food Bank to help buy healthy food and produce for Mainers in need.

The Hampden Neighborhood Food Cupboard continues to serve our client community at this time. We are distributing to our clients during our normal Wednesday hours from 10:00am - 11:30am and 4:30pm - 6:00pm; however, our distribution process is now drive-through with clients receiving pre-packed bags of non-perishable and perishables items.

We greatly appreciate the support we are receiving from our wonderful community. We are receiving many inquiries about the best items to donate. At this time, it is best and safest for those interested in donating to make cash/check donations. These funds will help us purchase the items we need to provide our clients on a weekly basis. We are working on setting up online donations. More to come...

Cash/check donations may be dropped off at the food cupboard or mailed to the food cupboard at 101 Main Road North, Hampden, ME 04444.
