What an honor it is to witness The Great Commission lived out daily by college athletes purely on fire for Jesus.

We are created as image bearers of much more than a team, last name, school, sport, rivalry, or brand…We bear the image of GOD our Creator.

Using our gifts and talents to bring out the best within each other, and ultimately direct others to The One who makes it all possible.

It’s taking place right here at home; and being brough to the nations.

THIS is legacy.
THIS is God’s heart.
THIS is making disciples that make disciples.

We are bursting with pride as we celebrate two of our very own Tangischools alumni who are finishing their collegiate careers strong at Southeastern Louisiana University!

Last Friday, the SLU Track Team honored their seniors, including two familiar faces from our district:

Austin Harper – Ponchatoula High School, Class of 2023

Bailey Babin – Hammond High Magnet School, Class of 2022

Both Austin and Bailey have been standout letter winners for the Lions, representing our community with excellence on the track. As they prepare to cross the graduation stage soon, we want to congratulate them on their hard work, dedication, and athletic achievements.
