Today was our last summer morning of Garden Club for the year, since school starts next week. We weeded, harvest basil, tomatoes, MORE cucumbers, lots of jalapeños, banana peppers & raspberries.

Check out everything we made & ate!!! Cucumber/dill sandwiches, cheese & bacon stuff jalapeño poppers & a TikTok tomato/feta pasta! And… the kids enjoyed some ice cream with raspberries for dessert!

We were back in the gardens on this gorgeous summer day! We had lots of weeds to pull & harvested so much!

Once we were done working in the gardens we enjoyed some raspberry lemonade. We also made refrigerator pickles, cucumber & onion salad and pesto, which we ate in noodles & on bread!

We enjoyed learning about your aquaponic greenhouse & how you grow fresh lettuce, herbs & tilapia.
