Hammond - WI Lions Foundation The Hammond Lions Foundation was organized October 22, 1982. Monthly meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of each month at Heartland Park in Hammond, WI.

We host Hammond Heartland Days on the 2nd Saturday in August each year. www.hammondheartlanddays.com Lions are men and women who volunteer their time to humanitarian causes. The association’s motto is “We Serve.”

🌎💛 Happy Earth Day & National Volunteer Week! 💛🌎

This past weekend (4/18), 8 members of the Hammond Lions rolled up their sleeves and headed out for our annual ditch clean-up—and wow, did they show up! 🙌

From start to finish, this crew put in the work to help keep our community clean, beautiful, and safe. We’re so proud of the dedication our Lions continue to show year after year—it’s just one of the many ways we give back to the place we all call home.

A special shoutout to our amazing volunteers who joined us (you know who you are 👏), and to our honorary “mini Lion” who helped out like a pro—we love seeing the next generation jumping in and making a difference!

Every bag picked up is a small win for our environment and a big win for our community. 🌱

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Pancake Breakfast & Annual Easter Egg Hunt—so many smiling faces, full plates, and excited kiddos made it a morning to remember 🥞🐣
