Hey there, cat lovers! 🐾❤️ Our rescue could really use some extra help caring for our adorable cats and kittens. Do you have a few hours each week to make a big difference?

We’re looking for friendly folks to help with feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning cages, litter boxes and rooms, and giving lots of love and attention. If you're available once or twice a week, especially on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays, we'd love to have you join our team! We would ideally love to find volunteers who can pick one or two of those days to come each week and help clean!! You would be rewarded with free cat therapy and so much love from our babies!

We’re here to help!☺️ we love having volunteers come in to help clean, feed, and mostly entertain our sweet kitties! Please open your heart and your home to this gentle soul, Raine. He’s only 7 years old—so young, yet he’s already faced so much uncertainty. Neutered, up to date on vaccines, and with his front paws declawed from a previous life. Due to being declawed he will need to be an INDOOR ONLY cat. He needs a second chance not because of anything he’s done, but because life’s circumstances forced him to be rehomed. His previous owners had to move and couldn’t take him along.

Raine is a loving, talkative little sweetheart who craves cuddles and companionship. Right now, he’s overwhelmed and scared, confused about why he’s in this unfamiliar cage for the first time in his life. It’s heartbreaking to see him like this, longing for what’s familiar—touch, warmth, and a safe place to call home. Though he may not seem to enjoy the company of other cats right now, his previous owner said with patience, he’s learned to coexist with others.

All Raine truly wants is a cozy lap to snuggle on, a peaceful sanctuary to call his own, and the chance to spend his days surrounded by love and kindness. He’s a handsome, chunky boy with so much gentle spirit, and I’ve had heartfelt conversations with him—each one reminding me of his incredible capacity for affection and hope. Please consider giving Raine the forever home he so deeply deserves.

UPDARE: Dawn has been secured and is safely back inside at our rescue!

This is Dawn. She got out on South Range Road (Saints SPCA) in Hammond yesterday (Sunday) around 4:30. She is an adult female cat with a brown marble pattern. She is very short and stout with tiny paws. She is also skittish with new people. Dawn is a shelter cat that was supposed to go to her new home yesterday and unfortunately escaped during transport. This sweet 10 year old girl is Bella. She needs a new place to stay as soon as possible. Read the whole post from Purrs of Hope. Let’s keep this beauty queen from going into a shelter setting when all she has ever known is a home.

🚨🚨Help Needed: Foster or Adopt ASAP!🚨🚨

This beautiful 10-year-old girl named, Bella needs a loving adopter or foster home by September 2.

Her owner must surrender her, through no fault of her own. We’re not here to question the situation — our priority is to help this senior kitty find a safe, loving place so she doesn’t end up in a shelter setting where she won’t thrive.

Is there anyone out there who can give her a home?
We will waive all adoption fees, and she will receive a full vet check-up.
