What a difference a week makes when it comes to weather. Last Saturday, 16 teams braved the weather to compete in our 5th Annual Crawfish Competition. They cooked some amazing crawfish, and the let their imagination run wild with some unbelievable Lagniappe dishes. Thank you teams for competing this year. You were all winners in my book. Congratulations to the team that left with a paddle.
