Yesterday session topic was " Releasing Toxic Energy"!! We setup 4 stations for the girls in the park. Station 1 punching bag 👊 Station 2 boxing session with Station 3 jump rope or pull ups. Station 4 a note of what we are getting rid of that is toxic energy that disrupt our thoughts and etc. Once everyone completed all 4 stations we prayed 🙏 over everything and threw it away!! Very good and deep session 👌 The girls enjoyed yesterday's session!!

Today's session topic was "Emotional, Spiritual, and Physical Wellness" with . The girls really enjoyed today's session. taught the girls some techniques on breathing, and letting go of things that way them down in life. Very much needed👏 Thank you for assisting our girls today you did a phenomenal job 👏

Today's lesson was business plans!! My girls were stressed out trying to create a lucrative business plan!! Critical thinking was at a all time high!! Zetta Nicole Girls is creating bosses!!

Last week session was bible study with one of our girls Jazariah!! Jazariah is 14 years old, and really know her stuff when it comes to the Bible. I was honored that she asked could we have Bible study for one of our sessions. She came super prepared with her lesson. All the girls really enjoyed the session. My girls are really maturing on all levels. I couldn't be more proud of them!!

Last week session topic the girls learned how to crochet. They absolutely loved the session and learning a new skill. One of our girls Ikamy taught the class!! We love to see our girls teaching each other skills.
