Matt's Coats for Kids

Matt's Coats for Kids Our mission is to keep with us the essence of love and friendship which was and always will be Matthew J. Fitton by helping children in need.

Each Fall in the months of October and November, coats are collected at over twenty-five drops sites in Monroe County. Two free distribution days are held after Thanksgiving each year where children in need may come and pick out a coat. Any coats remaining after the distribution dates are given to local churches and organizations who help with the needs of others.Past recipients include the Roches

ter City School District, Community Lutheran Ministries of Rochester,Orleans County Red Cross, Open Door Mission of Rochester.
