ICaleb&Co

ICaleb&Co iCaleb&Co is a non-profit. Our goal is to give each pediatric cancer patient at South Bend Memorial AND Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne an iPad.

At 17 months old Caleb Hoppe, a twin, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. His treatments will take a total of 3 years and 8 months. Caleb has just finished Cycle 1 in the Maintenance Phase and has found that his iPad has been a lifesaver. It's great for long hospital stays, spinal taps and keeping in touch with family via FaceTime when his counts are low and he can't physically visit

due to his immune system. After seeing the benefits of having an iPad during our hospital visits, we thought we should try to offer every child at South Bend Memorial's Pediatric Oncology Unit the opportunity to have one. That is when iCaleb&Co was born.
